Digital service

Digital Grampanchayat WiFi ही digital internet access service आहे; physical product shipping होत नाही.

Before payment

Payment करण्यापूर्वी plan, price, data limit, validity, speed आणि user limit तपासणे ग्राहकाची जबाबदारी आहे.

Successful payment

Payment verified झाल्यानंतर voucher/access issue झाल्यास सामान्यतः cancellation किंवा refund उपलब्ध नसू शकतो, कारण digital service allocation सुरू होऊ शकते.

Failed or duplicate payment

Payment failed, debited but not confirmed, किंवा duplicate payment झाल्यास transaction details देऊन support शी संपर्क करावा. Verification नंतर applicable refund/reversal process gateway/payment system च्या नियमांनुसार केला जाऊ शकतो.

Connectivity issue

Upstream Internet/network outage, speed fluctuation किंवा local connectivity problem यासाठी प्रत्येक परिस्थितीत automatic refund ची हमी नाही. मात्र वास्तविक payment/service issue असल्यास case-by-case support दिला जाईल.
